Fetch call recordings from a Kavkom cloud PBX into a pipeline.

Kavkom

The Kavkom integration connects your cloud PBX (enterprise telephony) to your pipelines to fetch call recordings and process them automatically.

What you can do with it

  • Fetch a call recording (from the CDR log) as a file or a link.
  • Chain into an analysis — transcription, summary, quality scoring, push into a CRM.

The kavkom_recording node

The kavkom_recording node selects one or more recordings based on filters (or an identifier supplied upstream) and makes them available to the pipeline. A toggle controls whether the media is actually downloaded.

Connection (BYO)

  1. Administration → Integrations → Kavkom.
  2. Enter your API token (X-API-TOKEN) and your Kavkom domain_uuid.
  3. Credentials encrypted at rest, scoped to your organization.

Kavkom is a token-based connector (no OAuth). It's the PBX access of your Kavkom account.

Use cases

  • Quality control — fetch the previous day's calls, transcribe them, and score the sales pitch for compliance.
  • Call notes — automatically summarize a call and attach it to the corresponding customer record.
