betool is not just a pipeline editor: it's a library of business agent templates that you clone and adapt to your organization. Each template assembles an input channel, one or more agents, integrations and actions — already wired together.
The "Chief of Staff" principle
These agents own the information and follow-up layer; you decide. They read your data, summarize, alert, prepare the trade-offs and draft documents — but they commit no spend and send nothing sensitive without human approval.
This is a design choice: read-only first, action under approval second. You keep control and gain altitude.

How to adapt them
- Clone the template into your organization.
- Connect your integrations (Stripe, GitHub, Google… in BYO).
- Adjust the agent's role and mission to your context (thresholds, tone, priorities).
- Schedule the trigger (see Schedule).
You are never locked into a frozen template: anything a template does, you can change it in the visual editor.
