Sub-processors.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Principle

betool relies on a deliberately small number of sub-processors. Each is bound by a data processing agreement covering confidentiality, security and limits on onward sub-processing.

We do not sell any data, do not transfer it to data brokers, do not use it for advertising purposes of our own, and do not use it to train generalized AI models.

2. Hosting and infrastructure

Google Cloud (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland): platform hosting, database, file storage and cache. Data processed: all platform data. Location: europe-west9 (Paris, France).

Contabo GmbH (Germany): the platform's mail server. Data processed: headers and content of e-mails passing through our mailboxes. Location: Germany.

OVH SAS (France): hosting of the betool.ai website. Data processed: contact and demo request forms, access logs. Location: France.

3. AI model providers

These providers are involved only when you run a process that uses a model we supply. They then receive the content submitted to the model: messages, documents and the context of that process.

Anthropic PBC (United States): inference of Claude models.

OpenAI Ireland Limited (Ireland, United States): inference of OpenAI models.

Google (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Google LLC): inference of Gemini models.

Each is contractually bound not to train its models on data submitted through its API.

4. Payment

Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland): collection of subscriptions and credits. Data processed: billing identity, e-mail address and amounts. No customer content is sent to it.

5. Services you connect yourself

When you plug your own account into a third-party service — telephony, SMS, CRM, business tools, video, or your own AI model keys — you contract directly with that provider, and betool does not act as the instructing party.

Such services therefore do not appear in the list above, and it is for you to record them in your own processing register.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Hosting and the database are located in France. Where processing leaves the European Union — model inference, a provider's support — it is covered by standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

The data controller, Technicien Soft Solutions Ltd, is established in Israel, a country covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 31 January 2011.

7. Changes

This page is updated whenever a sub-processor is added or removed. Customers under a data processing agreement are notified according to the notice period set out in their contract.
