Onoff Business (Beta)

Trigger a pipeline on each completed call or SMS on an Onoff Business line, and read the call and SMS history — read-only.

Onoff Business (Beta)

Beta. The Onoff connector has not yet been proven on a real customer account in production.

The Onoff Business integration connects your teams' Onoff phone lines to your pipelines, read-only: betool places no calls, sends no SMS and writes nothing at Onoff.

What you can do with it

  • React to a call — the onoff_call_inbound receiver triggers a pipeline on each completed call.
  • React to an SMS — the onoff_sms_inbound receiver triggers a pipeline on each SMS sent or received.
  • Read the history — onoff_call_history (calls, with audio) and onoff_sms_history nodes.

Both receivers combine Onoff's real-time webhook and periodic polling of the API: an event missed by the webhook is caught up.

Agent tools (read)

  • onoff.list_members — users and their lines.
  • onoff.list_calls / onoff.list_sms — history over 31 days maximum.
  • onoff.get_call — a call with notes, tags, transcription and rating provided by Onoff.
  • onoff.get_call_audio — temporary link to the recording or the voicemail.
  • onoff.get_sms_thread — a complete SMS conversation.

Connection (BYO)

  1. Settings → Services → Onoff (telephony), Accounts tab.
  2. Enter your Onoff API key (the Onoff API requires the Max plan); the webhook alone is available from the Advanced plan.
  3. betool generates the webhook secret to configure on the Onoff side.
