Create an account
Sign-up is self-service from the application: platform.betool.ai.
Step 1 — Sign up
- Open platform.betool.ai and click Create an account.
- Enter your email address (professional or personal) and a password (argon2id server-side, minimum 12 characters recommended).
- A professional email address ties your account to an organization at your domain; a public email address (Gmail, Outlook…) creates an isolated personal organization.
On the Enterprise plan with SSO, account creation goes through your identity provider (OIDC or SAML). No local password is stored.
Step 2 — Create your organization
On first login, betool prompts you to create your organization. This is the primary isolation boundary:
- All your data (pipelines, secrets, files, history) belongs to it.
- Your LLM keys are isolated: no other organization can access them.
- Roles and invitations are managed within this organization.
You can belong to multiple organizations with the same account. A selector at the top of the admin panel lets you switch between them.
Step 3 — Invite your colleagues
From Administration → Users, add colleagues by email address. Three roles are available:

| Designer | All of the above, plus edit pipelines, missions, roles |
| Administrator | All of the above, plus manage users, LLM keys, billing |
Password recovery
Automated password reset emails are being rolled out. In the meantime, contact your organization administrator or write to contact@betool.fr.
