La Poste

Track your La Poste shipments (Suivi v2) from a pipeline, and send an online registered letter (LReL, Beta) — on your own La Poste contract.

La Poste

The La Poste integration covers two uses: tracking your shipments and sending a registered letter online. It is your La Poste contract: you are billed by La Poste, with no betool fees.

Shipment tracking

  • laposte_tracking node — reads the status of a shipment via the Suivi v2 API and publishes it into the context.
  • laposte.track_shipments tool — the same tracking for an agent: registered letter, tracked letter, Colissimo; for Chronopost, only the latest status is available.

Good to know, on La Poste's side: one tracking number per request, and tracking history is only kept for 60 days.

Online registered letter (Beta)

Beta. Registered letter sending has not yet been proven in real production conditions. Tracking, on the other hand, works.

  • laposte_registered_letter node — sends a registered letter via the LReL API: one PDF, one or more recipients; La Poste prints, envelopes and delivers it. The proof of posting (enabled by default) is sent by email.
  • Never retried automatically. Each send returns an explicit status (submitted, already sent, invalid, not sent, refused, uncertain). An uncertain send is never resent on its own: a registered letter does not go out twice.
  • laposte.list_letters tool — lists the letters sent or attempted by your organization's pipelines.

No tool lets an agent send a letter: sending exists only as a node, placed by a designer.

Connection (BYO)

  1. Settings → Services → La Poste, Accounts tab.
  2. For tracking: your Okapi key (the Suivi v2 offer is free at La Poste).
  3. For registered letters: the LReL credentials of your La Poste contract.
